Retatrutide for sale: the short answer
You want three things from a vendor.
A fair price per milligram. A certificate for the exact batch you receive, from a lab you can look up. And a vial that actually holds what the label says. Most sellers give you one or two of those. Ascension gives you all three, and with code PEPTIDEDECK it costs less per mg than every other vendor in our comparison.

Ascension Peptides R-30 (retatrutide, 30 mg)
- 99.832% HPLC
- 32.43 mg measured

What you should know before ordering
- The product page has no customer reviews yet, so the batch certificate is your main proof of quality. Read it (we show you how below).
- All sales are final. Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- US shipping only. The policy page lists a flat $15 shipping fee, while the product page shows free shipping over $250.
None of that changes the verdict. No other vendor we checked pairs a lower price with a named-lab, batch-matched certificate that also reports measured mg, endotoxin and sterility.

Retatrutide price per mg: Ascension vs 9 vendors
Vial prices hide the real cost.
A $100 vial of 10 mg and a $250 vial of 30 mg look far apart until you divide by milligrams. So we did. Every price below was read from the vendor's own product page on October 12, 2026: single vial, no shipping, no bundle deals.
Cost per mg, 30 mg vial (or largest comparable)
Lower is better. Ascension shown with code PEPTIDEDECK.
| Vendor | 10 mg | 30 mg | $/mg | Batch COA |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ascension Peptides code | $50 | $125 | $4.17 | Kovera Labs + MZ Biolabs, 99.83%, mg measured |
| True Peptides | $89 | $186 | $6.20 | lab not named Batch COA download, lab not named |
| BulkGLP | $120 | $228 | $7.60 | lab not named Batch COA (self-hosted), lab not named |
| Prime Peptides | $110 | $230 | $7.67 | lab named Batch COA: Freedom Diagnostics, Kovera, Janoshik |
| American Peptides | $105 | $240 | $8.00 | lab not named Lot-matched COA, lab not named on page |
| NuRev Peptides | $89 | $259 | $8.63 | lab named Batch COA: Horizon Analytical, Freedom Diagnostics |
| Bluum Peptides | $125 | $279 | $9.30 | lab named Batch COA: Horizon Analytical, 99.34% |
| HEEZ Research | $100 | $195 (20 mg) | $9.75 | lab named Batch COA (Chromate), 99.77% |
| Regentide | $169.99 | $375.99 | $12.53 | lab named Batch COA: Vanguard, >99.8% |
| Elite Biogenix | $190.99 | $570.99 | $19.03 | outdated One older Janoshik test, current batch not shown |
Even before the code, Ascension's sale price of $250 for 30 mg sits in the middle of this group. With the code, R-30 is $2.03 per mg cheaper than the next vendor here and $14.87 per mg cheaper than the most expensive. On a single 30 mg vial, that is $61 to $445.99 saved.
A note on price. Cheaper listings do exist, mostly from vendors that never name the compound or the lab on the product page. Low price alone is not a red flag, but it raises the bar for the certificate. If you can't verify the batch, you can't know what the savings bought.

Quality
How to read a retatrutide COA, using Ascension's as the example
The certificate is the product.
With an unapproved peptide there is no pharmacy label and no regulator checking the vial. The certificate of analysis (COA) is the only evidence of what you bought, so read it in this order:
Match the batch number
The lot on the COA must match the lot on your vial. Ascension's current R-30 lot is 43-05260628. A COA without a batch number proves nothing about your vial.
Check the lab is independent and named
Ascension uses Kovera Labs for the current batch and MZ Biolabs for the previous one. Three of the nine vendors in our table don't name their lab on the product page.
Verify it on the lab's own site
A PDF can be edited. Kovera reports carry a verification key you can check at koveralabs.com, so the result is tied to the lab's record, not the seller's upload.
Read purity and identity
HPLC purity should be 98% or higher; R-30 shows 99.832%. Mass spectrometry should confirm the molecule is retatrutide (CAS 2381089-83-2), not a cheaper look-alike.
Check the measured milligrams
Purity says nothing about quantity. The R-30 batch measured 32.43 mg in a 30 mg vial, about 8% over label. Underfilled vials are one of the most common problems in peptide testing.
Look for endotoxin, sterility and heavy metals
These are the tests most vendors skip. Ascension's current Kovera batches report all three, plus identity.
| Batch | Lab | Purity | Measured | Tests |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| R-30 · 43-05260628 current | Kovera Labs | 99.832% | 32.43 mg / 30 mg | Identity, endotoxin, sterility, heavy metals |
| R-30 · 43-01260229 previous | MZ Biolabs | 99.88% | 35.29 mg / 30 mg | HPLC purity, net content |
| R-10 · 03-05260628 current | Kovera Labs | 98.863% | 10.57 mg / 10 mg | Identity, endotoxin, sterility, heavy metals |
| R-10 · 03-01260229 previous | MZ Biolabs | 99.94% | 11.67 mg / 10 mg | HPLC purity, net content |
One honest note: the current R-10 batch tested at 98.863%, lower than the previous MZ Biolabs batch (99.94%). It still clears the 98% bar, and it overfilled at 10.57 mg. If top purity matters most, R-30's current batch is the stronger certificate.
Methodology
How we checked retatrutide vendors
Same checks, same day, for every vendor.
We started from the pages that rank for “retatrutide for sale” on Bing, DuckDuckGo and Yahoo, plus the vendors those pages recommend. For each vendor we opened the live product page on October 12, 2026 and recorded:
Price per mg
Regular single-vial price divided by labeled mg, for the 10 mg and the 30 mg vial (or the closest size).
Certificate quality
Batch-specific or generic, lab named or not, and what the report covers beyond HPLC purity.
Net content
Whether the COA reports measured milligrams, not just purity.
Buying terms
Where it ships from, delivery time, payment methods and refund policy.
This page earns a commission from Ascension through the links and code above. That is why we show the full certificate data and the policy downsides, so you can judge the pick yourself.

The molecule
What retatrutide is
One molecule, three hormone receptors.
Retatrutide (LY3437943) is an investigational peptide from Eli Lilly that activates the GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors.[12] Semaglutide hits one of those receptors and tirzepatide two. The glucagon arm is the new part: in trials it is linked to higher energy use and large drops in liver fat, on top of the appetite effects of GLP-1 and GIP.[10]
| Developer code | LY3437943 |
| Class | GIP / GLP-1 / glucagon receptor triple agonist |
| Molecular formula | C221H342N46O68 |
| Molecular weight | about 4,731 g/mol |
| Half-life | about 6 days, which supports once-weekly dosing in trials |
| Form sold online | Lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in a sealed vial |
| Approval status | Investigational, not approved anywhere (Oct 2026) |
Evidence
What the retatrutide trials found
The numbers are why everyone is searching.
In the Phase 2 obesity trial, people on the 12 mg dose lost an average of 24.2% of their body weight in 48 weeks, against 2.1% on placebo; 83% lost at least 15%.[1] Phase 3 has since confirmed it at scale.

Phase 3 results so far
| Trial | Who was studied | Main result (12 mg) |
|---|---|---|
| TRIUMPH-1 | 2,339 adults with obesity, no diabetes, 80 weeks | −28.3% (Lilly) / −25.0% (NEJM); 45.3% lost ≥30%[3][2] |
| TRIUMPH-2 | 1,152 adults with obesity and type 2 diabetes | −20.8% (Lilly) / −18.8% (Lancet); A1C −1.5 points[5][6][8] |
| TRIUMPH-3 | 1,949 adults with obesity and heart disease | −22.6%; not yet peer-reviewed[5] |
| TRIUMPH-4 | 445 adults with obesity and knee osteoarthritis, 68 weeks | −28.7%; knee pain score −4.4 vs −2.4 placebo[4] |
| TRANSCEND-T2D-1 | 537 adults with type 2 diabetes, 40 weeks | A1C −1.94 points; weight −15.3%[7] |
| TRIUMPH-5 | Head-to-head vs tirzepatide | Not reported yet[16] |
In the trials, dosing started at 2 mg once weekly and stepped up every four weeks to a target of 4, 9 or 12 mg, under medical supervision.[3] Those are clinical-trial protocols, not instructions for vials bought online.
Comparison
Retatrutide vs tirzepatide vs semaglutide
Different trials, so read this as context, not a contest.
| Semaglutide 2.4 mg | Tirzepatide 15 mg | Retatrutide 12 mg | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Receptors | GLP-1 | GIP + GLP-1 | GIP + GLP-1 + glucagon |
| Key trial | STEP 1, 68 wk | SURMOUNT-1, 72 wk | TRIUMPH-1, 80 wk |
| Mean weight loss | −14.9% (placebo −2.4%) | −20.9% (placebo −3.1%) | −25.0% (placebo −3.9%) |
| Stopped for side effects | 4.5% (GI) vs 0.8% | 6.2% vs 2.6% | 11.3% vs 4.9% |
| Status, Oct 2026 | Approved (Wegovy) | Approved (Zepbound) | Investigational |
Retatrutide produced the largest average loss of the three, but it also had the highest share of people stopping because of side effects. The head-to-head trial against tirzepatide (TRIUMPH-5) is due to finish in late 2026.[16]
Safety
Retatrutide side effects reported in trials
Mostly the stomach, mostly early.
Side effects in TRIUMPH-1 were similar in kind to other incretin drugs, and more common at higher doses. Lilly describes most as mild to moderate and concentrated during dose escalation.[3][4]
| Effect | 12 mg | Placebo |
|---|---|---|
| Nausea | 42.4% | 14.8% |
| Diarrhea | 32.0% | 13.5% |
| Constipation | 26.1% | 10.9% |
| Vomiting | 25.3% | 4.8% |
| Dysesthesia (altered skin sensation), TRIUMPH-4 | up to 20.9% | 0.7% |
| Stopped due to side effects | 11.3% | 4.9% |
Heart rate rose with dose in Phase 2, peaking around week 24 and easing afterward.[1] Long-term cardiovascular outcomes are still being studied in TRIUMPH-OUTCOMES, which is not expected to finish before 2029.
Regulation
Is retatrutide legal? Status in October 2026
Short version: it is not an approved medicine yet.
Where things stand
- Not approved anywhere. No regulator has approved a retatrutide medicine for human use.[17]
- FDA filing planned for Q1 2027. Lilly says it has the data for global submissions and is finishing its manufacturing package.[5][8]
- No compounding. FDA says compounded retatrutide is not eligible under section 503A or 503B.[19]
- Research labels are not a loophole for human use. In a March 2026 warning letter, FDA treated a site that sold “research use only” retatrutide while marketing it for people as selling an unapproved drug.[18]
- Lilly is suing sellers. Six lawsuits were filed in August 2026, with 200+ referrals to regulators and 14,000+ listings reported.[17]
Vendors such as Ascension sell retatrutide as a research material, labeled not for human use, and this page does not give dosing or usage advice. If you want retatrutide as a treatment, the sanctioned routes are a Lilly clinical trial (search “retatrutide” on ClinicalTrials.gov) or Lilly's limited pre-approval access program, which your doctor has to apply for.[20] Laws outside the US differ; check yours before ordering.
Avoid
Red flags when buying retatrutide online
Most bad vials announce themselves.
No batch number on the COA
A generic certificate reused across lots says nothing about your vial.
Lab not named, or can't be verified
If the lab has no lookup page for the report, treat the PDF as marketing.
Purity only, no measured mg
A 99% pure vial with 5 mg in it is still a bad vial.
Telegram, Discord or Instagram sellers
No company, no address, no recourse. Lilly's enforcement targets these channels.
Crypto or gift cards only
Card and bank payments leave a trail and a dispute option. Their absence is a choice.
Claims of being a pharmacy or "FDA approved"
Retatrutide isn't approved anywhere, so any seller saying it is, is lying about something.
Lookalike domains
Popular vendors get cloned. Type the address yourself or use a link you trust.
Prices far below the market
Possible, but demand the strongest certificate when a price looks too good.

Storing lyophilized peptide vials
General lab guidance for freeze-dried peptides: keep vials at −20 °C or colder and away from light, let a vial reach room temperature before opening it so moisture doesn't condense inside, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Reconstituted peptides are much less stable than powder.[23] No stability data specific to retatrutide have been published.
Adding Route protection costs a little at checkout and is the only way a lost package gets replaced.

FAQ
Retatrutide for sale: frequently asked questions
Where can I find retatrutide for sale online?
Retatrutide is sold online by peptide suppliers as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder for laboratory research, often under a product code instead of its name. Our top pick is Ascension Peptides, which sells it as R-30 (30 mg) and R-10 (10 mg) with batch-specific certificates of analysis from Kovera Labs and MZ Biolabs.
With code PEPTIDEDECK, R-30 drops from $250 to $125, which works out to $4.17 per mg. That is lower than the nine other vendors we priced on October 12, 2026, whose 30 mg-equivalent prices ran from $6.20 to $19.03 per mg.
How much does retatrutide cost?
In our October 2026 check, a 10 mg vial cost between $89 and $190.99 at the vendors in our comparison, and a 30 mg vial cost $186 to $570.99. Ascension lists R-10 at $100 and R-30 at $250; the PEPTIDEDECK code halves both to $50 and $125.
Compare price per milligram, not price per vial. A larger vial almost always costs less per mg.
Does the PEPTIDEDECK code work on R-30 and R-10?
Yes. Enter PEPTIDEDECK in the coupon field at Ascension checkout for 50% off. It applies to both the 30 mg R-30 and the 10 mg R-10. Ascension sets the terms, so check the cart total before you pay.
Is retatrutide FDA approved?
No. As of October 2026 retatrutide is not approved by the FDA or any other regulator. Eli Lilly has reported five positive Phase 3 trials and says it plans to submit to the FDA in the first quarter of 2027.
Is it legal to buy retatrutide?
Retatrutide is an investigational drug. Suppliers sell it labeled for research use only, not for human use. The FDA has said that compounded retatrutide is not allowed, and it has issued warning letters to sellers whose websites marketed research-labeled retatrutide for people. Eli Lilly filed six lawsuits against sellers in August 2026. Rules differ by country, so check the law where you live.
What is Ascension R-30?
R-30 is Ascension Peptides' 30 mg vial of retatrutide. The product page uses the code name, while the certificate of analysis names retatrutide and its CAS number, 2381089-83-2. The current batch (43-05260628) tested at 99.832% purity by HPLC with 32.43 mg measured in the vial at Kovera Labs, and it also passed identity, endotoxin, sterility and heavy-metal testing.
What purity should retatrutide have?
Look for at least 98% purity by HPLC, confirmed identity by mass spectrometry, and a net content at or above the label claim. Endotoxin and sterility results are a plus. Ascension's current R-30 batch shows 99.832% purity with 32.43 mg measured in a 30 mg vial.
How do I verify a retatrutide COA?
Match the batch number on the COA to the batch on your vial, check that the report names an independent lab, and look the report up on that lab's own verification page. Then read the HPLC purity, the mass spectrometry identity result and the measured mg. A COA with no batch number, no lab name or a generic date is a red flag.
Why is retatrutide sold under names like R-30, GLP-3 or RETA?
Many vendors avoid the trademark-sensitive drug name and list retatrutide under codes such as R-30, R-10, GLP-3, GLP-3 RT, RETA, AP-RTA-3 or NLR-3. Lilly's development code is LY3437943. The COA is where you confirm what is actually in the vial.
Can I get retatrutide from a pharmacy or compounding pharmacy?
No. No pharmacy can dispense retatrutide because it is not approved. The FDA has stated that compounded retatrutide is not eligible under section 503A or 503B. The only sanctioned routes are Lilly's clinical trials and a limited pre-approval access program that a physician must apply for.
How does retatrutide compare with tirzepatide and semaglutide?
Retatrutide activates three receptors (GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon), tirzepatide two and semaglutide one. In separate trials, mean weight loss was 25.0% at 80 weeks for retatrutide 12 mg (TRIUMPH-1), 20.9% at 72 weeks for tirzepatide 15 mg (SURMOUNT-1) and 14.9% at 68 weeks for semaglutide 2.4 mg (STEP 1). These trials are not head-to-head; the direct comparison with tirzepatide (TRIUMPH-5) has not reported.
When will retatrutide be available by prescription?
Not before an FDA decision. Lilly plans to submit in the first quarter of 2027, and a standard review usually takes about a year, so prescription availability is unlikely before 2028 unless the review is expedited.
How should lyophilized retatrutide be stored?
General laboratory guidance for freeze-dried peptides is to store vials at -20 °C or colder, away from light, and to let a vial reach room temperature before opening it. Once reconstituted, peptides are far less stable; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. No retatrutide-specific stability data have been published.
Does Ascension ship outside the United States?
No. Ascension ships within the US only, from Kansas City, Missouri. Its policy says most orders ship within 24 hours and arrive in 2 to 5 business days by UPS or USPS.
